Everything has changed with New service advisors not being very educated about the cars they are servicing. Like saying when checking on car that the work hasn't started, then 2 minutes later you get a being very educated about the cars they are servicing. Like saying when checking on car that the work hasn't started, then 2 minutes later you get a call saying to come get your car its complete. A master cylinder is not that rapid. More

Tire pressure always comes on a day after servicing and was told I needed an alignment for my new Toyota Highlander and which I did but now I feel it Tire pressure always comes on a day after servicing and was told I needed an alignment for my new Toyota Highlander and which I did but now I feel it wasn’t performed but I was charged because the car doesn’t drive as smooth as before. I was told the Recall on update engine software was performed but I still have that notification on the App to perform it. More
