All I had done was an oil change, tire rotation and alignment and two simple filter changes, and my car wasn’t completed until 3:00 pm!!! At 2:00 pm, I had not even heard ONE single status update from my SA Quinton and had to text HIM! He was so lazy, that he called me instead of approaching me with an ETA of when my work would be completed. Finally, at around 3:00, I was approached by Alex (I was just “handed off” without a thought) who stated my car was ready. All Alex did was had me sign for the repairs without even explaining what was done to my vehicle (like any professional would have!) Quentin mentioned that a nail in a tire has to be repaired and that he would coordinate with me on Tuesday; however, when I was thoughtlessly handed off to Alex, Quinton didn’t bother to mention the tire. And it gets worse! Unhappy with Alex, I walked over to Michael Haun’s office (who agreed that the lack of communication and service time was unacceptable) and he told me that the internet was down and I could either wait until the internet was up to pay or he could send me a link. I asked if I could just pay on Tuesday (this is THEIR fault the net was down) when I replaced the tire and he told me NO! Excuse me??? After all I have been through you can’t give me 72 hours to pay a bill that I am more than willing to pay if YOUR internet were working! I asked whose policy this was and Michael said it was his! I told him I will not risk my financial information by clicking on what is likely a third-party link. Not doing it! This unreasonable, inflexible jerk refused to budge. Finally, the net came back online, I paid my bill and will NEVER return! I have NEVER had such an unprofessional and disgusting experience with any other Toyota dealership in the seven years and four states since I have owned this car ! I will have my vehicle serviced at another location from here on out and you can bet I am copying and pasting all of these other bad reviews and sending them to Toyota corporate. The whole department needs to be fired and rebuilt. Bunch of losers! More

They took advantage of me (single Momma with 3 kids). The service Manager Michelle would never return my calls. I was going to trade in Camry for a newer model. The service dept does not have a clue how to schedule maintiance appointments. Went in with a 21 Avalon that I purchased from THEM. Had an appointment for a 5000 mile maintiance service. 30 min job. Was told it would be 1.5 hrs before they could get to me. This was after the 2 cars BEHIND me had been written up. This has happen twice with this car and it only has 15k miles. It won't happen again!!! As I won't be back for service or purchase of another vehicle. Service keep up the awesome scheduling!!! More

I scheduled an appointment for Toyota of Knoxville to perform recall service on my vehicle. When I called to schedule my appointment I was told by service department that it would take two hours to perfo perform recall service on my vehicle. When I called to schedule my appointment I was told by service department that it would take two hours to perform repair (service recall letter stated 1.5 hrs) so their estimate was reasonable. When I dropped off my vehicle at 9:00am service agent asked what time did need my vehicle back. To make sure I allowed them plenty of time I told them 1pm which would be 4 hours or double the time they quoted me to complete the repair. I finally called them after 7 hours person I spoke with stated they would have my service agent call me right back. They finally called back half an hour later and told me my vehicle was ready. When I asked why it took so long I was not given an answer just that they were sorry. I contacted them on their website to express my frustration with my experience with the service department. A representative was responsive and called back with 2hrs of my submittal, but stated she was sales and provided me with name and number of individual in service department to call. When I called the person did not pick up and the phone system informed me that "the individual is not available and I would need to call back later". I did not provide the option to leave a message. I called back was told I would be transferred to another service manager but the transfer went back to main switchboard, I was left with the impression that they really did not care and did not want to speak with me. More
