From the very beginning when searching for a vehicle I had several dealerships contacting me however, when I spoke with Bob Hyman I felt very comfortable speaking with him. He was not pushy like the other sales representatives at the other dealerships and was very honest. Because of the rapport we built, I knew when I was indeed ready to purchase, it was going to be with Braintree Toyota. Upon arriving there I meet Leo who then graciously took through my options. I know that was not an easy task because, I was still indecisive about the color while signing the contract. Leo was extremely thought full as to my want/needs in a vehicle, he really tried to give me the best options without going over my budget. I originally planed on getting just the basic model . but after our test drive and much consideration, I ended up getting what I loved. I have had my car for a little over 2 months now and, I still feel the same way I did when I first drove it off the lot, excited every time I get in it. I am really glad I didn't go with my original plan because, I knew I would regret it . Over all the customer service was excellent and since then , I've recommended Braintree Toyota to many of my colleagues & friends. More

He's nice, easy to talk to, not at all intimidating and always has the customers best interest in mind. Wally Langame in finance got us a great low rate on our loan. These two gents made the car buying experience like nothing we've ever experienced. Two of the best people to work with. No BS, no manipulation, just honesty, integrity and sincerity. Great group of people When you spend some time with people it becomes apparent if they are happy. I had to deal with a number of people at this location and what I notic When you spend some time with people it becomes apparent if they are happy. I had to deal with a number of people at this location and what I noticed is that they all seem happy to work here. Upon arrival I was greeted by Caesar who asked if he could help me. I said he could by finding out who owned a car outside with a very hot Golden Retriever sitting in it with the windows rolled up. Caesar immediately went outside and got the plate number and came back in and sent out an announcement to the owner. He quickly got the owner to roll the windows down. I was impressed with how quickly he took care of that. Next i was off with Sunny. Sunny helped out with the sale of our vehicle and has a friendly and warm personality. Sunny was great to deal with and very accomodating. sunny then sent us to Wallace for our paperwork to be completed. Wallace was thourough and friendly ( beginning to be a trend here) and explained all the paperwork concisley as we went through it. All in all I had a very good experience with this group from start to finish and would highly recommend them for your next car purchase. Thank you! Tim More

Absolutely great! Angel is the best salesman I have ever worked with. He is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles for sale. From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with everything. He genuinely cares about you finding the vehicle you need. The entire process was smooth and easy going. Not pushy at all and allows you to take your time and think things over. He is funny and easy to talk to, not intimidating or "stuck up" like I have encountered with other salesman at different dealerships. Angel is willing to go above and beyond to make sure his customers stay satisfied; when I returned for services on my vehicle, he saw me sitting in the waiting area, remembered me by name, and ensured that the employees in the service department were taking good care of me. Satisfied cutomer My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Rav. We were a little bit apprehensive as we approached the entrance to the dealership. The thought My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Rav. We were a little bit apprehensive as we approached the entrance to the dealership. The thought of dealing with the stereotypical aggressive sales person turned our stomachs. However, our fears were quickly put to rest once we met a young salesman named Fred Zeiba. Fred was very informative about the vehicle and was never pushy. He showed us several different editions and was very patient answering all our questions. At no time did we feel any pressure from Fred to purchase the Rav including after the test drive. After our initial visit, we returned home to process all the information Fred gave us. A couple of days later (after crunching the numbers) we called Fred and asked if him if he could do any better with the asking price--Fred said he would see what he could do. After speaking with his supervisor, Bob Keough they did LOWER the price to a figure we were able to afford. In the future, I would not hesitate to purchase a car from this dealership. By the way if you have the pleasure of meeting Fred ask him about his popcorn tie... Maureen & Will Endres More
