My rating is for my service agent Daniel Erickson. I would give him 5 stars. Since my agent of many years left, I have been tossed around to various service agents. I am quite happy with Daniel as my new service person. He looked me in the eye and answered questions, That is huge when dealing with trying to maintain an older vehicle. Never underestimate how important it is to treat a customer like they are part of the service process. An added plus was his personable nature. Upbeat in this crabby world is always welcome. It was quite possibly my easiest, most comfortable service appointment in years. And he did it in record time. Please treat him well, so he is there when I return. Thank you. More

Daniel Erickson gave us OUTSTANDING service. Rodents chewed through the wiring, needed a tow. The towing company he recommended came within an hour.
