My greeter knew about the car inside and out and had good answers to all my questions. The desk guy work the deal with me in the lobby which was comfortable, offered me beverages or asked if I needed anything and had great technique in his closing skills in a non threating approach. The inside desk guy worked the deal several different ways to make me happy and still make a good gross for the dealership. When I made the decision to accept the deal and was sent to the finance office, the young lady Heidi Chase was awesome, she was very helpful and even stepped out to help clean out my car and make sure I drove off feeling good about my purchase. I would recommend before you buy to check this dealership out, the pre-owned inventory is a little small on Toyota SUV'S but what they do have are very nice cars, great run Dealership More
Watch out for the high interest rates! It was an overall okay experience at this dealership. I wish my sales specialist and his sales manager would have taken better care of me when it came It was an overall okay experience at this dealership. I wish my sales specialist and his sales manager would have taken better care of me when it came to crunching numbers. They did not even consider my position as a one household income with kids. They tried to disguise the numbers by "reducing the car price", even though I knew and they knew that it was already the invoice price that they were giving me. The "New Car" had already been driving off the lot, so therefore it had already depreciated, so the price was better after the third time of the whole sales specialist running back and forth during the negotiation changes. They just had to find another way to make their money, so they did so by giving me a higher interest rate instead, and pushed their paper's front of me to hurry up and sign. They make you feel like you have no choice and everything is said and done and now you need sign the papers in front of you. This was my first time buying a car and I was worried that this may happen, but I didn't realize what happened until everything was over. Now, I have my car that cost well over the price I wanted to pay for initially, mainly due to the interest rate, but I do hope to refinance later on to fix this issue. Just the part of feeling taken advantage of, felt horrible. If this had not been the case during this part of the experience, then the whole visit would have been very enjoyable. More
Avoid Omar (Salesman) I would avoid dealing with Omar at all costs, his attitude became hostile when he became aware that I would not accept car at original price (I had al I would avoid dealing with Omar at all costs, his attitude became hostile when he became aware that I would not accept car at original price (I had already explain before the car was even shown to me what my price range was) After all was said and done I have everyone there but Omar a great review and I received phone call later one from him giving me even more attitude that I rated him mostly 6/10'a (which I thought I was being nice) then in middle of conversation he made one more of many rude comments and just hung up. A company that allows someone like him to work there should not get business. More

I advised Ryan of my vehicle interest and he guided me over to their inventory. Ryan never pressured me into buying anything, but seemed happy informing me on the Toyota product. I had no intentions on purchasing a vehicle that day, but the willingness of the dealership to earn my business and the steps they took to place me in a 2015 vehicle CHANGED MY MIND and I left with a 2015 Camry XSE. My experience only grew better as I was introduced to Rebecca who handled all the paperwork on my new vehicle. Rebecca was very down to earth and extremely funny! Rebecca took time to show me how to operate all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle and even threw in a few free jokes!!!
