Well, your sales manager straight up lied to me and put blame on your finance manager. Finance called me yesterday and told me they knew nothing about what happened outside of what the sales manager handed him. Y’all promised me the truck, had me put $5000 down to mark it as sold but had someone else coming in that morning and I guess made y’all more money with the deal so I was forced out of my deal that I already gave y’all money for. Bad business all around. I wouldn’t recommend you guys to anyone. Might want to have a meeting with everyone on y’all teams about your core values.
