I've always been happy with my service there but my last appointment was less than perfect. I had a 10:30 appointment and didn't even get a service advisor report for over an hour. And it was there for almo appointment was less than perfect. I had a 10:30 appointment and didn't even get a service advisor report for over an hour. And it was there for almost 2 hours total for a simple oil change. That really shouldn't happen if I'm a waiter and I have an appointment it should all be taking place within 1 hour at least. I like being there I like the service you give but I think you need to improve this as it was my worst experience to date. I hope this message simply serves as a way to be sure things are improved.
