"Sent the following to the Service Director on Nov 29th: On Nov 22nd at 9:30am I arrived at your dealership for my first oil change. My mileage was 4788 and I was informed by my service advisor, Jacks 29th: On Nov 22nd at 9:30am I arrived at your dealership for my first oil change. My mileage was 4788 and I was informed by my service advisor, Jackson Tran, that Toyota’s Care Plan oil change is at 10K miles. I informed Jackson that I was told differently by another dealership but regardless I wanted my oil changed and that I would pay out of pocket. Jackson said he could service my truck under the 10k service which would include an oil change. I agreed to his offer even though I was more than willing to pay for the oil change. The service took a little more than an hour and I drove my truck home. The next day I pulled my truck out of my garage and noticed a drop of oil on the floor. Not a puddle, just one drop so I pulled back in to my garage on my wife’s side to inspect my truck. The first thing I noticed is the oil on my cross frame by the oil drain plug, and the oil filter housing that was still covered with oil. Both of these areas should have been cleaned at the dealership as part of the service. Next there are 2 Plug Hole Drain covers, part # 90950-01A24, that were crushed during the service due to improper location of the hydraulic lift mount. Toyota has a Tech Tip bulletin regarding the proper placement of such lifting point to avoid this damage. Finally, the lifting points on the rear of the frame were incorrect, not spanning the entire width of the Frame rail put undue stress on the interior frame rail resulting in bending the frame. I sent a text to my Service Advisor only asking for replacement of 2 Plug Hole Drains, a $3.00 part, - CRICKETS. I am writing this long email to give you a head’s up as to what is going on in your service department and to request replacement of my Drain Plug Covers. Later that day I receive a response from the Service Director Carrie Colton. He apologized for the service event and offered to replace my plug hole drains and provide a free oil change certificate. At the time I was impressed with Mr. Coltons quick response, however it is now Dec 14th and I still do not have my drain hole plugs. I can only assume that Mr. Colton delegated the task to ship the parts and his staff failed to follow his instructions. More

I was told my Toyota Camry needed a wheel alignment. I took my car to Les Schwab and they said my alignment was just fine. I don’t know who I can trust anymore. While we've already moved on to another repair shop, I really appreciated his call and wanting to hear about our experience. The dialogue below was our experience this May, 2023. The updated rating is based on our experience with the shop back in January, 2023. The "average" rating for quality of work is specifically because the work they completed for $1200 in January didn't fix the problem. However, I would try this place again. Not sure what's going on with this service department. Been coming here for years, but very unhappy with their service and communication. Had $1200 worth of work done 3 months ago, but car continued to experience same issues. Brought it back and this time they said it needed a new transmission. While the camry is 20 years old, it only had 100,000 miles on it. The cost = $5400. They said they couldn't give me a printout of the tests that were run because they were trying to hurry since we were waiting. Heather said she would send me the printout so I could determine if I wanted to pore more money in to the car. never got the printout, called and emailed; left several messages for Heather and for the service manager. No response to any of them. Was planning on purchasing a new car, but don't want to buy when the service department is lacking. Taking our business somewhere else. More
