After speaking with other dealerships the second time around, I ultimately came back to Rice because they were the most straightforward during the negotiation process and I felt that they made sure all of my needs as a customer were met. Everyone was very approachable and welcomed any questions. I would highly recommend working with Justin Sola because he took the intimidation out of the process and clearly defined every step. Rice also has a much wider selection than other dealerships I visited and their service center has always been very prompt. Overall, Rice really puts the customer first and you aren’t dealing with stereotypical car dealerships or salespeople when you work with them. Don’t waste your time with any other dealerships! More
