"Basis oil change and tire rotation"

Excellent service for my Tundra and my wife's Camry. Both were bought at other Toyota dealerships because of pricing/trade in's. Toyota of Greenville's service department is excellent.

"Great customer service "

Brought my car in for a service campaign update and I was worried about a noise from the transmission and their technician was able to determine where and what is causing it. They corrected the problem and no worries. Thanks Toyota of Greenville!!

"Ken Hodges Is Awesome"

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left Ken made sure I was informed and about the status of my scheduled vehicle maintenance. I made an appointment online and was scheduled to see somebody else, but since they were not available I was helped by Ken. It's my first visit to this dealership as I am new to the area, but my car needed a much overdue brake/rotor change plus I went ahead and did tire/balance/rotate, oil change, battery replacement, spark plug replacement and fuel system cleaning. I told Ken that the wiper fluid was not coming out on the passenger side and had not been working for a little while and he said they would also look into that and see what they could do. Thankfully, they were able to easily fix it and did not charge me for that small repair, but beyond this Ken was just a great person to work with. I opted to stay at the dealership since I can easily work remotely and the full service took less time than I had anticipated so that was awesome. The car was fixed up like new and I am very satisfied with the results. Thanks to Ken I was also informed of a small recall that has subsequently been scheduled for repair this Saturday. Great service, great people. I will make it a point to come back for any future maintenance or repair.

I went to Toyota of Greenville to have my car serviced. The ability to set up an appointment is convenient, and their waiting room is huge and has lots of amenities. It's nice to go and wait and not feel cramped and have lots of choices where to sit.

"Ken Hodges"

I received a recall letter from Toyota. I made an appointment and took my Toyota to Toyota of Greenville for recall. Arrived at dealer about 25 min. early. Pulled into service area and met Mr. Hodges who appeared not interested in helping me, no how are you doing, no how may we help you. I explained to him that I came early for an appointment for a recall and asked him about how long would it take. Mr. Hodges stated to me it would be at least an hour to an hour and a half before they would even get to it. I asked him what good did it do to make an appointment and he stated that if I had not made an appointment it would be even longer. Mr. Hodges then stated to me "are you leaving the vehicle or not". I said I was leaving it, but would wait for it. He had nothing to say. I was frustrated to say the least and asked who his supervisor was and he indicated an office on the end in the service area, which had no one in it. Some other employee indicated to me that I could speak to another gentlemen in another office who I can not remember his name. I explain to this person the non- professional way that Mr. Hodges conducted himself. This gentlemen tried to help, but to late I was pissed off. I called to have my vehicle brought to me and I left. NO MORE TOYOTA OF GREENVILLE! I have since went to another Toyota Dealer and all was done to include oil change, front end alignment, and recheck of recall. All this was done within 1 hour and 15 min. of arrival with no appointment. I know this is not normal, but guess what, there was no jerk at the service desk! Mr. Hodges needs customer service training at the bare minimum.

I took my 13 Taco to get the oil change, Santiago was polite and professional. My right rear fender was scratched while they parked after service was completed. Santiago explained what happend. Not a big deal to me because Toyota is going to fix the fender!
