Mr. Fred Anderson should be proud of the team he’s assembled at Toyota of Greer. When we arrived we were greeted by the General manager John Azzarelli of all people. Our interactions with everybody from sales to finance was a great experience. I felt no pressure to make a buying decision at any time. I left that evening and return the following morning to purchase the car. I received the follow up call from Tyler Plunkett GSM he made sure that we were taking care of quickly, This was one of the fastest purchasing experience for a car. The Finance manager Carey Holder was awesome! He reviewed all our options and explained everything in detail. We love our new RAV4. Thanks guys and keep up the good work! More

Shane Morrison of Toyota of Greer was an absolute rock star for me and my family! From the moment we rolled into the Toyota lot, Shane's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel like old friends. Picture this: it was pouring rain, but Shane didn't skip a beat. He whisked us inside, ensuring my wife stayed dry, and even pulled up not one, but two vehicles under the covered area for her test drive. What a gentleman! The test drive? Oh, it was smooth sailing with both cars. Shane didn't just hand us the keys; he took the time to school us on all the nifty safety features and how things had evolved since we got our trusty 2016 Prius. His knowledge about the cars we were eyeing was off the charts. In fact, he did such an incredible job that we didn't even bother with that third car we initially considered. But here's where Shane truly shone: he noticed my wife and I were going through some decision-making moments. So, he graciously gave us some space to chat and even brought over the Sales manager, who expertly steered us through those tricky marital waters. And when we returned to pick up our chosen car, Shane had everything perfectly in place. The car was gleaming after a detailed cleanup, and he'd already coordinated with the financial department. Bought a van from here and when they detailed it they busted the back taillight out and put a dent in it and when I confronted them no one admitted it so they said they would replace the tail light but c busted the back taillight out and put a dent in it and when I confronted them no one admitted it so they said they would replace the tail light but couldn't do. Nothing about the dent,also they said it passed inspection which they lied about the wheel bearing is out and the the brakes are very bad ,tie rod is out the DVD player doesn't work ,I have pictures where they wrecked the van their excuse was they have no cameras to see which employee done it.the door handle is off the door on the van cant be opened on the outside .This place is as low as it gets will file a dispute against them More

We were treated very nicely. Youn salesman was charming and very helpful. My van died on the lot and he made an arrangement to have it repaired. Young salesman even srarted the motor so interior would be warm - it was night time cold- when we got in. I was most grateful. More

I bought a Toyota 4 Runner from Tyler and after I paid for the he stop answering my calls. I have been trying to get hold of some ilat the dealership for the title of the car and it one lie after the othe for the he stop answering my calls. I have a car that I cannot use because they refuse to produce the title. I asked Tyler before paying for the car that do they have the title and he confirmed that is in the office. Till now no title and am paying for storage on the car because they lied to me the title will be ready before picking up the car. This guy's are the one giving used car salesperson a bad name. More

I went to the dealership asking to test drive a Toyota Venza, which I did. During the test drive I told the salesman I liked the vehicle (although I prefer a different color and would therefore not be pu Venza, which I did. I asked him to provide the figures for the transaction, breaking down all costs for an out-the-door price. I also asked for figures on leasing and purchase. He then asked me to do him a favor and drive a Rav4 vehicle, which I did to evaluate it and compare with the Venza. I told him I was not interested in the Rav4 (I mentioned this when I arrived at the dealership) and again asked for the breakdown of a lease and a purchase. He consulted with his sales manager and I was told they would not provide the breakdown I requested. I immediately thanked him for his time and left. Apparently, if your not willing to buy something immediately they are not interested in working with you. Very unprofessional and a total waste of my time after driving 75 minutes to get to the dealership. More
