The above and beyond, luxury-like, customer service experience has become a staple of this dealership. Update 5 days out from new car. In this process, I reached out to many dealerships within a 300 mile radius to better assess the reality of the market. This dealership was the only to not propose a sale price above and beyond MSRP (due to chip shortage and projected production shortfall) or attempt to get a deposit out of me for a car that doesn't physically exist.
