We went to Toyota of Naperville because of their partnership with the Costco Auto Program. Jim Novak was the salesman we worked with and he was very helpful in providing details about the Camry and partnership with the Costco Auto Program. It was a pleasure to work with Dave and his team at Toyota of Naperville. We were looking for a third vehicle for the family and did not have a trade-in. In spite of this, Dave listened to the issues Toyota of Naperville. We were looking for a third vehicle for the family and did not have a trade-in. In spite of this, Dave listened to the issues we were having with our older Toyota and took us directly to the service center to discuss the issue with them. We had previously been to another Toyota dealer who had said that the needed repairs would be in excess of $2000. Even though we had not purchased the vehicle from Naperville Toyota or used their service center in the past, Dave worked to find a less costly solution. This reaffirmed our faith in Toyotas and made us feel comfortable about going forward with the purchase of our new vehicle on the spot. Dave was very helpful in reviewing the inventory and in making sure that we found a vehicle that fit our needs. He didn't try to upsell unnecessarily and took the time to explain the various options and their cost. In the same way, Eren was very helpful in explaining the various interior and exterior protection options. At no time did I feel as though I was forced to buy something I didn't want. All in all, it was a very low pressure sales experience and we will be back to Toyota of Naperville in the near future as we look to replace our older vehicle. More
