Selling bad cars They sold me a car had a lot of problem and they told me I can not return the car. AC was empty, CD player is not working any they said I have to fix They sold me a car had a lot of problem and they told me I can not return the car. AC was empty, CD player is not working any they said I have to fix it with my money. And after 2 days later engine light came on and they told me I purchased as is so I have to fix it. Do NOT buy car here. More

Professional & No Pressure Experience Live in San Antonio. I requested information & quotes on the best price on a specific truck and to respond by email only as I work & sleep crazy hour Live in San Antonio. I requested information & quotes on the best price on a specific truck and to respond by email only as I work & sleep crazy hours. My local dealers called my home and continued to call, never gave me the best price quotes on the truck I was interested in. My local dealers also kept trying to low ball me on the value of my trade. Frustrated, I decided to look outside my local area for my new truck. I contacted, by email, Charles Maund Toyota in Austin. They promptly emailed me on the specific truck I was interested in, and gave me their best price. They never called me or pressured me in any way. I drove up to Austin and met with Joe Buantello, the Internet Sales Manager. He had my 2017 Toyota Tacoma Sport, in the exact color & with all the options I requested, clean, full tank of gas, and ready to drive off the lot! My trade was evaluated promptly and offered me a very fair price on my trade. He even tinted my windows and put nitrogen in my tires for free! I was in and out of the dealership in less the 90 minutes with my new truck. Just wish they had a dealership in San Antonio so I could do my scheduled maintenance there. More
