Nichole Peters in finance made the last minutes quite enjoyable with her courteous and professional delivery of the vehicle and required documentation. Waste of time! So I decided to go to this dealership because it had very good reviews online. I traveled 2 hours from Land O Lakes, to see if I could find a reliabl So I decided to go to this dealership because it had very good reviews online. I traveled 2 hours from Land O Lakes, to see if I could find a reliable used car in my price range and to no avail. From the moment that I got there, no matter how many times I tried to explain to the guy who was showing me the cars and taking me on test drives that these cars were out of my budget he wasn't listening. He kept insisting that the finance manager will work out the numbers and give me a good deal because "toyathon" was going on and they were discounting cars heavily. So I test drove several cars, and my husband and I even fell in love with one of them, however when we sat down at the table to negotiate, there was no room for negotiation! The finance guy said he can work the numbers to make our payments lower however, the price was what it was. Then since he got fed up that I didn't budge on that, they brought in another guy to see if he can convince me different however he also stated that they couldn't do much for me, besides give me a $100 off. At this point I was furious because how could it be possible that they only had 1 car in my price range???!??!?!?! So, I walked away sincerely disappointed. The next day while at work I get 5 missed calls from them. I finally answer on one of them and it is the same finance manager, who had walked away, telling me that after a supposed morning meeting, they will discount the car?? WTH, you waste a customer's time, then you let the customer walk away from the dealership unhappy and you call them when they are home 2 days later to tell them that, now you are discounting the car?...Very bad customer service! Bad customer approach! Just bad overall! Luckily, Thomas Bolger at Tampa Bay Toyota did take the time to listen to my needs and I walked away with a car in less than 3 hours. So, if you need a USED car, save time and go to Toyota of Tampa Bay! They have great cars, great customer service, excellent prices and great mileage!!! Furthermore, "note to Toyota of Orlando", you should consider putting pictures next to your employees name, that way at least we can identify them. At Toyota of Tampa Bay they facilitate the dealer rating process, because you can identify whom you have worked with by a picture. More
