I had a great experience with Rod and Pete. It was like we were family talking about everything including our love of cars. Oh and by the way we mixed in a new Toyota Tundra sale as well. I recently was in the market for a new Camry and knew the exact car I wanted. I called Broadway Toyota and was told by one of their sales people that they had the "exact" car I wanted and that they would bea exact car I wanted. I called Broadway Toyota and was told by one of their sales people that they had the "exact" car I wanted and that they would beat another dealerships price quote. I drove an hour there to find out they lied and did not have the exact car I wanted but they could order it and they could no longer match the price I was given from another dealer. We spoke to the assistant sales manager and he had a horrible attitude. We left and bought a car from the Toyota dealer in Vancouver, WA that night. The dealer in Vancouver treated us with respect and gave us a great deal on the car. I will never go back to Broadway Toyota and will make sure to tell anyone I know in the market for a Toyota to stay clear of this shady, dishonest dealership. More

They are kind, honest, and forthwright! Heather patiently helped me find the perfect car at a great price. George and Max helped finalize the deal and were terrific to work with as well! EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE. I took it in for a noise coming from the front at highway speeds. I told them point blank I am pretty sure its my bearings but please check it out. This is when my FJ had 34,500 m from the front at highway speeds. I told them point blank I am pretty sure its my bearings but please check it out. This is when my FJ had 34,500 miles on it and still under factory warranty. The guy checked it and hear the noise but said it was my tires were out of balance. I knew that was not the case so I asked him about the bearings and he assured me that they checked out fine. Well exactly 2,000 miles later with the noise still there and getting worse, I took it into the Firestone on Burnside and they pulled out chunks of my front right bearing. So basically Toyota didn't look at what I told them to check, sat on their hands to avoid the warranty and then basically lied about the "work" they performed. I can promise that I never let anyone I know go there to save them the heartburn. More
Tyson in service is the best! I had a mystery clicking noise on the left side of my Toyota Tacoma. When it first started out, it was very faint and I was the only one who seemed to hear it, and it was onl noise on the left side of my Toyota Tacoma. When it first started out, it was very faint and I was the only one who seemed to hear it, and it was only during certain, very specific, situations. When I dropped the truck off, they couldn’t reproduce the sound. Even though it was a busy day, Tyson believed me that I didn’t just need a psych evaluation, and came along for a test drive. He heard the sound, and got to work. It was a very unusual case that involved a lot of work to diagnose, and a lot of major parts to be examined very carefully. In the end, it was a loose wheel weight that was the culprit. Throughout the process, I feel that Tyson and his team went above and beyond in time and resources to diagnose this issue—they took numerous test drives, disassembled and reassembled major drivetrain components, and got a specialist onboard to help. Once they established that there was a problem, they weren’t taking no for an answer. I am really happy with the service that I received, and it is people like Tyson that provide tremendous value behind a Toyota Warranty. I will definitely be taking my truck there again, and am confident that the team at Broadway will keep my truck running good-as-new for as long as I have it. They told me they didn't have one and asked if I was interested in another color. I said no not interested. Thought that was the end of it. The next day Rod had gone out of his way and found exactly what I was looking for without me even asking him to do it. I had already Kelley Blue booked it and knew what I wanted to pay. I told them my budget and we worked a few numbers tried the different incentives and which way was the best for me. Normal stuff right, well we did this all over the phone and through emails and never once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me since I am a first time buyer. The whole process was exciting and fun like it should be. I never felt like I was being forced. This process took maybe 15 minutes over the phone. They reserved the vehicle and brought it over to Broadway. I showed up by 5 and did all the paperwork and was driving home by 7, on probably one of the busier days at the dealership too. It was about as laid back as it gets. Bottom line is they got me my truck, got it down to the exact price that I wanted, a better APR rate than I expected, gave me a ton of one on one time, and were very kind to my girlfriend and I, and went beyond what their job description requires of them. I will give them all the business I can. More
