Beware of this dealership's bait and switch scam tactics. Their online advertised prices are deceiving. I went through the trouble of making an appointment to see one of their used cars that I saw them adver Their online advertised prices are deceiving. I went through the trouble of making an appointment to see one of their used cars that I saw them advertising online. Their online price was advertised on multiple websites as $20,523 + TTL. I set an appointment and make the trip to their dealership and thoroughly inspect the car. I see that the price shown on the windshield is $28,000 + TTL. When I questioned the salesperson Maria about this she says “after our dealer installed packages and market adjustment the price is actually over $30,000. I informed her that this was false advertisement. Maria really tried to get me to come inside to see if her manager could “give me a little bit of a discount”. I declined and Maria looked shocked when I just walked away. Two days later their Internet Director Carmelo Adorno followed up with me. I explained to him my displeasure with their bait and switch tactics. He then tried hard to sell me the vehicle at a price much closer to what was being advertised online. After I declined and informed him I’d never step foot in their dealership again he began very rudely talking over me. I asked him why he was talking over me and he said “because you said you wouldn’t come back to our dealership so this conversation is over”. I said yes, you’ve lost my business however I’m trying to give you customer feedback to use moving forward… and then he just hung the phone up. After that phone call we then went and purchased a vehicle from their competitor across the street. More
