He introduced us to the parts and service managers as well a making sure we had access to his personal cell number and email address where he would be accessible to answer questions once we left the dealership. The paperwork process was very organized and Stacy did an excellent job along with Chris Mills in the business office of making sure we understood every option we had for purchase as well as extended warranty options. I found Sommerset Toyota on the internet they had the vehicle in stock that we were looking for. They quoted me a price over the phone which was nearly $2000.00 cheaper than any of the Toyota dealership vehicle in stock that we were looking for.
