This past week I had to have my 08 4runner in for service as to having some issues. My service advisor was Shannon and she was so very professional and helpful and understanding and listen to my concerns and as to having some issues. As for the repair were major and I was catch of guard but Shannon was very sincere and explained and also double check with the technician Jason working on my SUV.
