No pressure, no hassle and they were willing to work together on price and minor items I asked for. Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle it was fully gassed, cleaned and ready to go. My only issue through the whole process was after having the vehicle for only 1-1/2 weeks we received a notice from the State of CT to renew the emissions. I would have thought the dealership would have handled this. After contacting the salesperson (al) he offered to reimburse for the cost of the emissions which I must commend on his efforts to make amends, but still feel it should have been handled prior to delivery as part of the registration process!
