It has been under construction for for several years making the experience visiting there a mess. While the service people are polite, the wait times are unreasonable! I went in for my new tires making the experience visiting there a mess. While the service people are polite, the wait times are unreasonable! I went in for my new tires and asked them to check the sensors for tire pressure. After waiting 3 hours snd 45 minutes I finally was done. During that time I asked if a bathroom was available and they said I could walk to Dunkin Donuts. I was livid, they made me wait so long for a service which should not have taken so long. They schedule too many people and then make us wait because they overbook! More

I had an appointment in approx. 2 weeks for oil change, rotate tires, check brakes etc. But then the tire light went on. I made the mistake awhile back of ignoring the light and had a flat.....not good. rotate tires, check brakes etc. But then the tire light went on. I made the mistake awhile back of ignoring the light and had a flat.....not good. I called Toyota the very next morning, they checked my car that day. I was gratefull and was confident driving my 99 year old mother to her appointments the next day. thank you More

Service was great, dropped my car off, they said it would be about 1 1/2 hours, and they called in an hour and half and said it was ready. Service was performed, multi point inspection done and Phil Orzel wa be about 1 1/2 hours, and they called in an hour and half and said it was ready.
