The only things to add to this conversation are the following, from 8/29/23: 1. There would be no loaner. 2. I was told that it would likely be a few days after dropping off, before anyone would even be able to look at it again, as there were other cars already there waiting. (Appointment made the previous week.) 3. I suggested that they call me when they had the time to look at it again, and I would bring it in, which was refused. I was told I that I needed to drop it off on 8/30/23 regardless. 4. The selling dealership (again, out of state), who has SOLD approximately 200 of this vehicle, and serviced more than 40 since release, compared to your 1-2, OFFERED FOR THEIR TECHS TO ASSIST YOURS, and was rudely declined. 5. Kyle was informed at the end of this conversation that I would never step foot in this dealership again. 6. I called ANOTHER dealership on 8/29/23, and was seen on 8/30/23 where it was further discovered that the cause of the additional problems was due to the incompetence at YOUR dealership. A $200,000 vehicle, that not only could your techs not repair, they caused more issues, and couldnt even PUT BACK TOGETHER!

Mr. Barton, After I wrote this review, I accidentally met the Service Manager, Garret Ondo. I didn't know at that time who he was or his position there. He asked why I was there for so long and the conversation began. When I'd explained the situation, he asked what he could do to make me feel better about my experience with Tracy. I said that I felt that getting the oil change comped would go a long way. He immediately agreed and went to the service dept. to get that done. I tried to get back into the Tracy website to alter my review but I was too late and was not able to do so. Garret won me over with the admission that the error was theirs and not charging for the oil/filter change.
