Very rigid people and no courtesy even though it’s their own fault. For instance, the fluids were checked at the time of service and I had to come back right after the service. The worst was their rigidity when I asked that my brand new pilot is giving some sound when I press the break paddle. Guess what, just to test drive with me, they said it’s a different service appointment and can only be done on the mornings though their service hours go until 6pm. Worst experience at this honda dealership in particular. More
