Dissatisfaction stems from failure of service department to notify us of a pending issue with our brake pads at our 60K checkup. The result of that failure to communicate effectively with us led to a comple to notify us of a pending issue with our brake pads at our 60K checkup. The result of that failure to communicate effectively with us led to a complete brake job (Rotrors and Brake Pads for all 4 tires) which was very expensive. When asked how good brakes at 60K could deteriorate to useless at 70K, there was no satisfactory explanation provided. More
