Wonderful experience. My wife and I were in the market to upgrade our current vehicle and were seriously looking for something with enough power to tow our camper trailer. Marty was very professional and informative about the vehicle that we decided on. They met all our needs and even wrote the installation of a towing package into the finacing, along with a 3 yr warranty for our piece of mind on purchasing a used vehicle. The tow hitch was installed just a few days later and I was pleasantly surprised that it was installed professionally and was not a cheap knock trailer hitch. They installed original manufacturers parts. All-in-all we had a great experience and I would recommend Tri-City Dodge to anyone for their sales and service.
