I paid for the WORKS on my 2017 Ford Fusion waited 1 hour and 48 minutes before the vehicle was taken in to the shop. 20 minutes later the vehicle was finished and I asked the man at the desk if the oil chan and 48 minutes before the vehicle was taken in to the shop. 20 minutes later the vehicle was finished and I asked the man at the desk if the oil change and tire rotation was done and he advised me it was. I called the Quick Lane person I dealt with (Kat) and advised her what happened and had to drive another 20 miles back to the dealership to take care of what should have been done when I was there the first time. Thank you for your help. We were at Disney and we were having problems with our car. We called JJ and he told us to bring the car in. The service department checked the car for us and assured us we would be OK to drive back to Michigan. JJ even set us up with a loaner while we were there. JJ (John Hunt) really saved me and helped me out. I was in Florida visiting and my Ford Transit's engine had stalled. I had called 4 other dealerships in the area to bring my van in to get looked a I was in Florida visiting and my Ford Transit's engine had stalled.
