My salesman, Irvin Wallace was about the only positive experience I had with this dealership. I also feel that the men who worked on my car in the service department did a good job - they found an issue w experience I had with this dealership. I also feel that the men who worked on my car in the service department did a good job - they found an issue with one of my headlights and ordered parts for it. Unfortunately, Mandy in the Service Department was extremely unprofessional and told me I was more than welcome to have my car serviced at another dealership, that I was no longer welcome at Dave Arbogast. I would not recommend this dealership and will not purchase from them again. More

The service manager and dealer manager refuse to fix parts under warrant This is by far the most unprofessional service center I have ever dealt with. Ford corporate advised them to pull the motor again and run tests on it. But Gregory Taylor and Micheal Despain refuse to do the work.
