Having been searching for this model for a few months, when I saw it pop up Casey was able to offer me first right of refusal. This made me more at ease with coming in the next day after the service/detailing was completed. During the sales process Casey provided me with information on how to better manage my financing that I have never heard or read before. Would recommend working with Casey if you have the chance. I worked with Mike on the financing side, and after I was able to find a better rate myself, he went back and did his magic to match the number. I was over all pleased with my experience so far More

Full disclosure Dave the salesman was pleasant to deal with but we quickly got handed over to Mike to handle the closing. Mechanically, the vehicles seem very good. Dave the salesman was pleasant to deal with but we quickly got handed over to Mike to handle the closing. Mechanically, the vehicles seem very good. However, if you buy a used/like-new car here, or anywhere, you should have it inspected by someone aside of the seller. Turns out our vehicle is missing parts and had been poorly repaired even though TruWorth Auto descriptions said it had been inspected ”by Jeremy” and was like new. Bumper is already peeling due to improper painting and was installed incorrectly with broken and improper parts (assume previous owner). Any technician should have caught these items on an 18 month old - <14K miles - $36,000+ car. We are not technician and why we should have vehicle inspected by a knowledgeable individual – took one less than 5 minutes and a flashlight. Be wary of the “no additional fees”; after we agreed to pay the price as listed they came out with a $199 fee that was added to the price. This was for some tracker system they buy and have put on their cars to help recover them if they are stolen off the lot or they need to be recovered – but an added fee. At current estimates the vehicle will need $1,500 to $2,000 in parts and labor to correct the front end. Shame on me for not checking it out more thoroughly. We should have been more suspicious when they drove home the “no warranty” which we “wouldn’t need since it is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty”. In retrospect, this is probably why it wasn’t being sold at the Lexus dealer that received it back from the first owner. Buyer beware! More
