Trucks Only Sales

Bought a 2014 Silverado on august 3, it had a smell in it. Sled guy said leave it overnight and they would take care of it. I came back the next day to get it and the smell was still there. Smell got worse. Finally took it to another shop they found mold under the carpet. I ordered a new carpet kit $500.00 then asked trucks only to reimburse me for it. The manager steffan said it’s not in their best interest to do so. I have pics and kept the old carpet for them. He said he couldn’t do anything g about it and it was on me at this point. Meanwhile I’ve had to rent a car and pay another 500 unexpectedly for carpet. Next step BBB AND CORPORATE OFFICE IF I CAN FIND The info. More

Our experience with this dealership seemed good when they wanted to sell us the truck. However in the process of getting them some needed paperwork our salesman Mr. Gomez grew impatient and rude to my wife. wanted to sell us the truck. In going over truck prior to our picking it up they replaced custom rims with stock rims stating that the custom rims were cracked. The first time we were traveling and it got dark on our return home the headlights didn’t work. Found that there were no bulbs at all in the headlights!! $62 later we were able to drive it home. Passenger airbag is not working!! All on all we feel @&$;;:!! Will not be back!! More
