Great car buying experience...I will stick with Subaru! It's been 20 years since I purchased my last new car so it's not something I go into lightly (or often!). I had narrowed my car choices to three different brands and visited the local dealerships of all of these brands. I was impressed not only with all of the features that my new 2017 Legacy Premium has, but with the sales staff (Bob Wilson, particular) and the rest of the team as well as the professionalism of the Tucson Subaru dealership. My boyfriend had worked with Bob a year ago on his Legacy Premium and introduced us as his car buying experience was great and he is so happy with his car. Bob has a wealth of knowledge on Subarus and is able to answer questions and convey his knowledge to someone who doesn't know much about cars (namely me). I am so excited about my new car and am thrilled that Bob was able to set up my flip top phone to the Bluetooth without a problem! More

Great Service from Great People Tim and Traci we're amazing! My wife and I first met with Tim to discuss the car we wanted and to take it for a test drive. He was very knowledgeabl Tim and Traci we're amazing! My wife and I first met with Tim to discuss the car we wanted and to take it for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the best part was he wasn't pushy at all. Once we decided on the car we then worked with Traci on the financing and like Tim she was very patient, kind and helpful! She talked me through several options, giving me information about each without pushing any of the options on me. Also both Tim and Traci were hilarious and genuinely fun to be around! More

Sales and Service provide a consistent superior experience. Staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Quality of finished product in both groups is excellent. I remain confident they are keeping my Outback in top condition and are providing a safe vehicle. Waiting is nicest of any dealer I've experienced: Choices of types of seating; wifi charging; coffee selections, creamers, etc.; TV, and cookies! Sure makes waiting lots more pleasant!!
