Marcos was so great. We told him what our wishlist was for a used car and he WOWed us. A couple of test drives later, we were trading in our SUV for a 2020 Santa Fe. So happy to have found Tustin Hyundai & Wayne Elchlepp to guide me through my vehicle purchase. I live roughly 500 miles away from the dealership but they had the vehicle that I wanted. This was NOT my first rodeo doing a remote vehicle purchase, but it was my best. Primarily because of Wayne and the integrity of the dealership. I've been looking everywhere for a dealer who will sell a car at a fair price, which is really hard to find especially during the pandemic. When I heard from Rick at Tustin hyundai it seemed too good to be t car at a fair price, which is really hard to find especially during the pandemic. When I heard from Rick at Tustin hyundai it seemed too good to be true. He told me if I couldn't find the right deal elsewhere that I should check out their inventory. As promised, they don't apply dealer add-ons to drive up the price $5,000-10,000. They also didn't markup vehicles despite that practice being the norm lately. Rick greeted me warmly and spent the time to show me around so I felt welcomed to look without being hunted by salesmen. As advertised, I found the vehicle I wanted and he honored the advertised price 100%, no tricks or hard sell. They simply want to move a lot of cars and it works. Rick impressed me with his dedication to follow up on my interests and kept in touch when my dream vehicle became avaliable. This was such an easy process that I will be buying my next hyundai here as well More
