Everyone throughout the entire process was friendly, helpful, and super professional. Straight talk, no pushiness. No last minute changes or unexpected add ons. The folks at Tustin Hyundai treat you like they would treat a friend or neighbor. I have bought about a dozen cars in my lifetime and this is the first time I can say that it was a truly pleasant and enjoyable experience. From start to finish. I initially contacted Tustin Hyundai because they were the one that had the car I wanted in stock. Actually, they did not have it in stock at the time but it was on its way. Frank, kept in contact with me from my first call and let me know when the car became available. Shawn handled the test drive and paperwork with ZERO hassle. I was in and out in about an hour. Tustin is no where near where I live or work but I will buy my next cars from them. They fully earned my business with the way they do business. More
