Tustin Hyundai

We went to the nearest Hyundai dealer, which is in Tustin. I had done some computer shopping and had made notes of similar size and price of different makes and models. I knew what I wanted to look at and what I was shopping for. This dealer did not have a large selection. In fact, they only had 1 of the Elantras and a used Sonata on their lot. Another dealer in the area had the same situation It could be a possible sales ploy or just us shopping on a busy Labor Day weekend. So it is a manufacturer problem, not a dealership problem, but Honda and Kia were the same in low stock. They did NOT add on a DEALER STICKER PRICE, but they do stick to the MSRP. Jesus and Marcos were very patient with us, not pushy. I showed him my notes I had made and he informed me on the other cars we were interested in, cabin size comparison, gas mileage, and overall price. Very honest, helpful, and friendly. Other dealerships didn't have the salespeople to handle the foot traffic. We wanted to test drive cars and no one was available. Not a problem at this dealership. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND. More

I have been coming to Tustin Hyundai since I got my first Hyundai in 2001. And, even though I have moved to Long Beach, then to Anaheim and to Fullerton, I have never been anywhere else. I have never been disappointed with the service there. The staff is always nice and friendly, especially Mark, and I trust them to do a fantastic job with my car. Mark Rodelo and OC Tustin Hyundai in general have been nothing but helpful any time I've had to have any kind of work done on my car. I went to another dealer Hardin Hyundai another bunch of crooks, that had the audacity to bad mouth Tustin Hyundai when they are just as bad. Beware of this place!!!
