When the instrument cluster on our 2006 Nissan Altima needed to be replaced, a part that is no longer being made, Jason Simons went above and beyond to find a place in Atlanta, GA, that repaired the part needed to be replaced, a part that is no longer being made, Jason Simons went above and beyond to find a place in Atlanta, GA, that repaired the part. Although, this process took longer than we had hoped, the end result provided the best solution. Reminded me why I stopped using your service department 5 years ago. I made a appointment for 7:30 am for a 2 hour job and got the car back at 4:00. When I asked why It too so long I was told 7:30 was the Ch years ago. I made a appointment for 7:30 am for a 2 hour job and got the car back at 4:00. When I asked why It too so long I was told 7:30 was the Check in time not when they would start working on the vehicle. If you would have told me this when I made the appointment I would have made other plans. In my opinion this is a very deceptive practice. More
