Customer service, Timely and friendly. My review is in regard to my Carfax report. We purchased our Pathfinder in April of 18. It had 18,476 miles. At the time of my service the vehicl My review is in regard to my Carfax report. We purchased our Pathfinder in April of 18. It had 18,476 miles. At the time of my service the vehicle had 29,651 miles. Alec, who was very nice, informed me that the rear brakes would need attention soon, but should make it to the next oil change and the battery failed the load test. Perhaps I naively thought the Carfax report verified the condition of the vehicle for sale. To have put on 11,175 miles and need a new battery and rear brakes is disconcerting. If both were in need of service soon, then they should have, in my opinion, been replaced before selling the vehicle. While recognizing the vagaries of driving, I now have to question the veracity of the Carfax report, your service and sales departments and the overall reliability of the vehicle. My eyes are wide open now. Buyer be ware. Robert Franklin More
