Poor customer service I dropped my vehicle off after hours for an oil change the following morning. I requested a call before the work was completed. Not only did I not receive a call the next morning but no call when the work was completed. I called and spoke with Luke who confirmed the car was ready but didn't answer my question about why I wasn't contacted. When I picked the vehicle up, Jesus told me he had called twice and left a voicemail. I told him I had no missed calls or messages from the dealership. He simply shrugged it off. Not a great experience. More

Tag teaming with Ian, Adnan ALWAYS goes above and beyond to provide me with quality customer service. I don't know what I would have done without him! Tag teaming with Ian, these two guys made one of the most difficult situations I've faced with my Nissan, one of the most rewarding. Adnan found a nest in my vehicle and when he informed me (with extra care because he knows I am emotional), he immediately went into problem solver mode, introduced me to Ian (who is THE MOST amazing sales guy I've ever had) and I was in a new car in less than 2 hours. Evan (the twin) also stopped over and checked on me as I was clearly in distress over this whole situation. These guys really saved the day for me! Adnan, Ian and Evan... THANK YOU FOR HAVING HEARTS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'll be forever grateful for how you guys helped me! More

Our service specialist, Brian made sure we understood what kind of work our car needed and even got us a rental car for the weekend when the job took longer than expected. Most importantly, the major work our car has been successful and thoroughly explained. We will definitely be using this place in the future as it’s prices are comparable to most other places that wouldn’t specialize in Nissan car work. More

However, after I was given my keys and told my oil change was done and that my air filter had been replaced, one of the mechanics came up to me and asked if I drove a red Rogue. I told him, “Yes.” And in his hand he was holding the new air filter they told me was already replaced. This was concerning. I have one more oil change at Tynan’s and that will be the last chance I give this dealership. I hope this doesn’t happen again. More
Bad place- stay away I went to get my oil changed. As I was driving home I noticed my car started making noise which was weird because it doesnt make a sound. I also noticed my guage went from the middle to the left. I got my husband and we checked under the hood. There was no coolant I my reservoir. I had coolant before I went to the shop and someone let my coolant out and did not say anything or replace it. I paid $61 dollars and I dont even trust that a oil changed was performed. Bad place. Would not recommend. More
