OK Service My service experiences have been good, but not great. The work done is spot on and reasonably priced. The reps could have better customer service skills. I had a rep say, “I don’t make the rules.” That’s the last thing a customer wants to hear. It would be nice if customers could make appointments, so they don’t have to wait 2 hours for an oil change. More
Easy oil changes I love that you don't need an apt at a dealership for an oil change, they keep track of maintenance on my car (my second from Tynan's) and they offer I love that you don't need an apt at a dealership for an oil change, they keep track of maintenance on my car (my second from Tynan's) and they offer package deals for oil change/tire rotation. I drive a lot for my job and routine maintenance is a must! They couldn't make it easier...but they did! There is a wonderful "office" work space with wi-fi, outlets and charging stations that I utilize every time. More
Service-oil change I called in the morning asked for an oil change, was told to come on in and ask for Chase. Asked him to also look at the wiper blades. I also had 76 I called in the morning asked for an oil change, was told to come on in and ask for Chase. Asked him to also look at the wiper blades. I also had 76 bucks service points to use. Oil change was done, wipers looked good. I stil have 40+ points to use for my next visit. Chase was a great service rep.! Left feeling very satisfied. More

Great service, but no results. Adnan was very courteous. He made room in a busy schedule for my Nissan Pathfinder to be looked at. Unfortunately after a day and a half of troubles Adnan was very courteous. He made room in a busy schedule for my Nissan Pathfinder to be looked at. Unfortunately after a day and a half of troubleshooting, the service department was unable to find the problem. Would still recommend the service department. They are fast and friendly. More

I've never had such a pleasant experience with an auto service person. I don't know where to begin explaining how fair and honest he was. It's quite rare in that business and, because he was so forthcoming, polite and professional, Tynans Nissan now has a new customer. It's the initial impression that gets repeat business. Honestly, after my last experience at Tynans, I promised I would never go back. It was a real rip off and the issue with my car was never fixed, despite being charged. However, circumstances were not ideal and I had to take it back to Tynans because it is right down the street from my house. After dealing with Adnan, I have decided to continue going there, as long as he helps me out. If he goes somewhere esle, I'll go there. Now I am going back there to buy a new Nissan and my girlfriend just dropped off her car to get fixed. That's what good customer service does. More
