Why is my 2 year old cars clutch burnt I bought my car 2 years ago. I know how to drive a clutch. Hardly ever stall the car. The most I ever towed on my car is 2 bikes. My clutch burnt out just a couple days ago and they are saying it’s because of the 2 bikes I towed. It was “too much load” on the clutch. Very disappointed in the dependability of my 2017 Jetta. You made me pay 100% out of pocket thousands of dollars to fix. Thanks for the unreliable car and huge bill:) More

30,000 miles Tom is always very nice and professional. The waiting area comfortable and the coffee is good. The complementary bottles of water are nice as well. However, I might suggest a recycle bin for all those single use plastic bottles. I bring my own water bottle so a water cooler would be nice. I see a lot of employees use the water bottles so it might be nice to encourage them and customers to use refillable bottles. More

Came in last week because car was stalling periodically. After replacing the speed sensor, the car was running good, it was then that the air conditioning went out. Outstanding customer service! I took my Jetta in for an oil change and routine maintenance. The staff at Tynan’s went out of their way to take me to work and pick me up.
