Great experience with Ultimo Motors After being treated very unfairly at a different used car dealership, we decided to go to Ultimo motors to look at a Mercedes S-Class where we was gr After being treated very unfairly at a different used car dealership, we decided to go to Ultimo motors to look at a Mercedes S-Class where we was greeted by Tasho. The salesman showed us the S550 and also showed us white CLS550, which we ended up buying. Tasho took us on test drive and really took his time to explain everything. The manager, Scott, got on the phone with the bank to get us an amazing rate which we did not expect. Everything was so easy, the whole team was very helpful, informative and let us take our time. Even gave us some time to go away and think for a bit and come back. It was a great experience, 10 out of 10! Will definitely recommend these guys, specifically Tasho and Scott. You won’t understand what the best luxury dealership service really is until you visit Ultimo Motors. More

Jason assured me I would not be left in the dark yet IM IN A BLACK OUT BECAUSE OF JASON AT ULTIMO MOTORS!!!! The lies never seem to stop as he has strung me along promise ING to make good but NOT A DIME!!! The bike hasn't worked from day one...how do you sleep at night? Can you ever look into the mirror? The lying used car salesman is alive and well and Jason is his name at ultimo motors!!!They don't even include names of bikes in reviews, GEE I WONDER WHY!!!!!! More

Great people with real integrity I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550, which was out of warranty, from Ultimo and dealt with Larry. I got a great price on the vehicle and the test drive I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550, which was out of warranty, from Ultimo and dealt with Larry. I got a great price on the vehicle and the test drive went great. I drove the car 190 miles to return home and when I pulled into my garage I realized that there was a noise coming from under the hood. The next day Larry called to see how the car was and to let me know that they had ordered a new smart key for me and it would be sent ASAP. At that time I told him I was glad he called as I had noticed the noise, but that I understood that the purchase was as is. His response was that I should take it to the nearest Mercedes dealer and get it taken care of and that they would pay for it! He said they would make sure the buying experience with them was a pleasant one! The repair was fairly expensive but they sent a check for the repair even though I bought the car as is. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to buy another car there. Lawrence Zunker More

ULTMO altered an inspection to make a bad car seem good. Stay far away from these guys. I was going to purchase a Mercedes S550 and had wanted the car inspected by Naperville Mercedes. ULTIMO brought the c Stay far away from these guys. I was going to purchase a Mercedes S550 and had wanted the car inspected by Naperville Mercedes. ULTIMO brought the car there for the inspection, for which I paid $215, and then altered the written report in their copy machine and omitted a page from the report to make a bad car look good. I checked with Mercedes of Naperville and saw the original complete report which listed some engine issues and a leaking 4-MATIC. ULTIMO gave me the report with the check marks, which indicated a problem, crudely change to the letters "OK". And the page indicating that the engine needed some further testing, was missing. ULTIMO LOW CLASS. Total basic FRAUD. I would not put anything past a person who would alter a written inspection report. Do they turn back mileage? Do they alter CARFAX in their little copy machine? Will you get a really clear title? You be the judge. I was lucky it only cost me the price of an inspection. The cars are classy but the people are just low class salesmen at their worst. There is more but you get the idea. Stay away if you are buying or go visit if you want a good laugh or to see what some will do to make a buck. More

The reason we contacted Ultimo motors initially was found that their pricing was the best out there for the vehicle that we were looking for. After sending an initial e-mail expressing interest in a vehicle we were contacted by Larry who was very helpful with explaining about the car we had inquired about as well as telling us about some additional options. We decided to make the 3.5 hour drive to look at the car. When we arrived to their indoor showroom the car we were interested in was sitting up front for us to look at. Larry was very informative and willing to answer all of our questions on multiple cars but not pushy in any way which from my experience is a tough quality to find in car salesmen. We feel that we received a great deal on a slightly used car with very low miles saving us thousands by not buying new. While I was working on the paperwork Larry took the extra time with my wife to go over all the different options that our new car came with. We were very pleased with the selection, willingness to show us multiple options, allowing us to take our time to figure out what we wanted to do and being very friendly and informative.
