I love taking my car to KIA to get it serviced. Whenever it’s time for me to get a new vehicle I will sure enough go another KIA vehicle. Have brought our Sportage in 5 times to address a “check engine light” The car has now been in your shop 22 days and according to Raquel Maynard the service department still can’t find the problem. I can understand the problem being difficult to find BUT 5 trips to try and find the issue and now 22 days in your shop are not acceptable. I want my wife’s car now.
