Employees were polite and friendly. The dealership seemed to be dog friendly. I think thats cool. Tammy actually listened to me about my situation and didn't try to just keep 'selling' me a car. I needed to purchase a vehicle for my teenage kids. A firend of mine found a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder at U Honda. Since I live in the Portland Metro area and was going to be driving two hours to check out a car, I was very specific about not wanting to spend a long time at the dealership; if the vehicle checked out I would be taking it home. My experience was awesome! Jim, who I was first dealing with over the phone, was busy with another customer, so he introduced me to Sam, who was also great! I took the truck over to the Nissan dealership where I had them give me an inspection of what repairs needed to be done and the cost of those repairs. Sam was with my son and I the whole time, and we had a great visit while waiting for the inspection. Once we got back to U Honda, it was a very smooth process of determining a price that would allow us to drive the Pathfinder home. I couldn't be more satisfied. More

I'm blown away by the two reviews I'm seeing for University Honda! Everytime I'm there for Service it seems like one big family. Tom and Keith are respectful to everyone, and they certainly don't mi University Honda! Everytime I'm there for Service it seems like one big family. Most of the time they are trying to save the customer money, helping them choose what's most important. Basically University Honda has always been an asset to Corvallis. We felt very bad for our salesperson, who was new to University Honda, but our experience when meeting with the manager (who happens to be the owner's son) was so negative we walked out. We asked to know the price for a 2013 Honda Accord and were told we needed to test$ drive the vehicle first! We received an e-mail apologizing for the behavior and were told to come back the following day and make an offer between $24,000 and 26,000. We did drive back and made an offer for $24,500 which was refused!! We would definitely NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. More
