I bought my car from this dealership and purchased the GAP policy, however they neglected to purchase that policy I guess hoping I wouldn’t find out. When I totaled my car after going through the loan company and claims dept they had a very hard time contacting this dealership and actually getting someone on the phone regarding the issue. I had tried to call several times myself and was unable to reach anyone. I have missed several hours of work because I had to go to the dealership to speak with someone, they still won’t admit it was their fault and they refuse to cover the full amount. After 7 months of aggravation, stress, and my credit they finally paid part of what was owed out of their own pocket because by the time they had tried to purchase the policy it was 4 months to late. I than spoke to the owner who didn’t seem to care and tried to explain that they had purchased the GAP policy when they didn’t and didn’t care that this was their mistake this is the second care I have purchased from this dealer and refer everyone to them, however I would not reccomend this place to anyone after seeing how little they care about reoccurring customers.
