I called to set an appointment to bring my car in for service; I was told that I didn’t need to make an appointment just bring the car in. When I arrived that Saturday for service I was told that I would need to make an appointment because they were too busy. I then made an appointment and brought my car in for service. The only problem was that I was now 30 miles over my warranty. I was then told it would cost me for the service to fix a light that went out in my dash. I explained what happened and was told…too bad.
