The worst dealership Leased a 2019 Acadia, right out of the gate driver side AC didn't work. I reached out to my salesperson and was told to call service. It took three trips to their service department to be told it was working. Reached out to general manager, sales manager, got nothing from them - no help or guidance at all. Took car to another GMC dealership, they identified and fixed the issue immediately. Vail is full of a bunch of unprofessional jokers - would never step foot near that building again. More

Worst Dealership EVER!!! My husband and I purchased a vehicle 6 months ago. Since then we’ve needed a new engine, two new DVD players, gas gage, heated seats, wireless charger My husband and I purchased a vehicle 6 months ago. Since then we’ve needed a new engine, two new DVD players, gas gage, heated seats, wireless charger and the list goes on. I’ve left several messages for the sales manager and not ONCE has he returned my call. We were sold a lemon and they refuse to work with us to put us in a different vehicle. It’s a certified pre-owned Yukon Denali XL so I’m not sure what it takes for them to certify vehicles but it doesn’t seem like it takes much. I would NOT recommend this dealer EVER!!!! More
