Purchase of our Honda Fit We needed a car that was reliable, efficient and approved by three drivers. We did not know what we wanted new, used or even the make and model. We ha We needed a car that was reliable, efficient and approved by three drivers. We did not know what we wanted new, used or even the make and model. We had been to four other dealerships and they were of no use. It was the end of the day when we arrived here and we didn't know what to do. We were greeted by Alicia and she was understanding of our situation. She showed us both used and new and didn't mind when we flitted all over the place. Within the hour we had two good solid choices. We said that we would be back the next day when the kids would be home to test drive the cars. It was Saturday and Alicia made herself available and was patient when we could not agree and let us test drive numerous times. She is very knowledgeable and that helped a lot for our many questions. We ultimately decided on the Honda Kit and purchased it the following Tuesday (holiday weekend). I would recommend anyone to start at Valley Honda first, not last. While we were there, we started talking to another family and they were purchasing their fifth Honda. That speaks volumes! Also, love the fresh flowers in the girls room. My only regret is that we are moving out of state and won't get to use the service station. Everyone says how easy it is to get in and the waiting room is outstanding.
