I have updated my review of Van Drunen, following a recent experience in which they have made an effort to correct previous jobs which I was not satisfied with. Although I have had my issues with the service department in recent years, I am happy to report that Van Drunen will stand behind their service and respond appropriately when a complaint is made. I believe my car has now been adequately tested, and the problem with the braking system is, hopefully, a thing of the past. My advice if any issues regarding service occur is to speak to Dave Dykstra, the service manager, who takes customer satisfaction very seriously. My hope is that this level of service will continue, at which point Van Drunen would again (in my eyes) be a 5-star service center.
