My mother drove into this dealership in a 2008 Honda Civic with a Blue Book value of $3k. They sold her a 2011 Buick La Crosse with a Blue Book value of $4k for $9.5k and gave her financing at the rate Civic with a Blue Book value of $3k. She is going to pay a total of $16.9k for a car valued at no more than 1k more than her original car. Unfortunately, my mother is not capable of making financial decisions for herself as she is unwell, plus she lives on social security and can not afford the payments.
