"Do not use this service ..."

They had my car for week. The engine lights what I brought my car in was cleared, but the AC was not working when I got back the car. They drove my car over 200Miles.They said they are willing to give me discount fixing issue with AC, which was worked perfectly before bring into the service. I was told I need to replace the water pump, which since has no issue since and before ($1400). Car is not losing any coolant. No explanation why need to replace the water pump. Service advice was root and had a high chair attitude. I was not trust this service from the beginning because of her. I got a very nice rent a car for the duration of the service. Now I was told the AC most like went bad because they were overheating the car for the constant regenerating process to fix the engine light issue, which is know for the diesel engines. I would not recommend this dealership with this service department.

"Beyond the call of duty!!!!"

An employee by the name of James went totally out of his way to help me with a non-functioning blinker. It was Sunday at about 6 p.m., September 3rd, the day before Labor Day. Two days when most services' departments are closed. I thought my chances of finding a repair place open on any of these two days were very slim. I took a chance and drove my Volkswagen Passat to the fancy new location on Perkin. James spotted me, came out, listened to my blinker problem story, didn't hesitate a moment and some trial and error fixed my blinker. Amaaaaazing!!! I told him this was über customer service and that he was my hero. Thumbs up for James ? at Volkswagen Ventura on Perkin.

"gas cap door issue"

I had an issue with my wife's Volkswagen gas cap door that wouldn't open. We live 25 miles away and we're almost on empty. Luckily I was able to go to the Ventura Volkswagen dealership and talk to Gary Taylor (service advisor).Unsure how much they could assist at first Gary had me take a seat in the waiting room while he called a specialist. Ten minutes later he came back with my key and said they were able to open the door and suggested that I keep it a little open till they could properly diagnosis the problem. Definitely happy with service and will be back on Monday to have the problem fixed. Thanks again Gary! Rich G.
