This is the absolute WORST dealership I've ever been to in my life!! First of all THEY called me in an effort to buy back the 2014 Cruze they sold me back in 2017. I let Monica Caridad on their internet sa in my life!! First of all THEY called me in an effort to buy back the 2014 Cruze they sold me back in 2017. I let Monica Caridad on their internet sales team know that there were a few issues with the car that were minor but would need to be addressed. She said that's fine. When I got to the dealership I had a super rude sales lady give me attitude about the door and then took it to her Used Sales Manager. MIKE WELDON who represents the dealership as one of their Uses Sales Managers came to see us and said sorry they were looking fore newer models that were still under warranty. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? You wasted my time knowing what I had and I took off work when you didn't want it!! But wait it gets better!! He then said it had roaches in it, which was the broken yellow turn lamp in the headlight that had been discolored over the years of the lights and sun hitting it. But here's the best part, I bought it like that in 2017 and they were supposed to fix it and NEVER did! This was my daughters car and when she took it in all the did was replace the bulb and never fixed and cleaned out the broken pieces. So MIKE WELDON completely insulted me and my wife not knowing what it really was. He made his assumption and was beyond rude. I was obviously not happy and was very upset that not only my time was completely wasted, but I was further insulted and told I brought then a TERD!! YES, the rude sales lady that I mentioned before said they didn't know I'd be bringing them a terd!! I said multiple times that this was F@#king xx and MIKE WELDON literally said to me "Curse at me one more time" And I promptly asked him what he was going to do about that! He called me a little xxxxx and we were in each others faces! THIS IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE!!!! And even better they had 7 people out there who could care less! Just standing around and sitting in golf carts. It was a service technician who got in between us. Yes that's right, a service tech was the only one concerned about de-escalating the situation. And when I asked who the GM was they all acted stupid and the rude lady even said I have no idea. So I went back inside and found him! The culture there from the sales people is to take care of their own, NOT the customer!! 6 sales people saw what was happening and NONE of them cared a bit! NOT ONE OF THEM!!! I will make it my mission to let everyone know on every platform possible to avoid this dealership at all costs!! It's the truest definition of a sleazy used car dealership!! More

I took my Silverado 2500 since April 2023 , and haven’t gotten my truck since . I’m still paying insurance for this truck to not even drive it. Contacted Victory Lane for a service issue, which is covered under warranty. Service Department has a lack of customer service. They do not follow through with their service. You as the consumer are supposed to tell them that you want certain things done. So if they do not follow through with the service you pay for and they did not fix something that is a part of they service you are told you should have told us you wanted that done!! If I could give 0 I would. I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealership. The service department is by far the worst o have ever dealt with. They had my vehicle for ove I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealership. The service department is by far the worst o have ever dealt with. They had my vehicle for over 30 days and then attempted to not pay for a rental when it was their fault my vehicle was delayed by two weeks. It took me giving pushback before they offered me a rental and then when I did go pick up my car typically when you go to a dealership for service they will vacuum your car out and make it look nice again. This was not the case when I picked up my car nothing had been touched and they failed to mention that they gave my vehicle and oil change but then didn’t replace a sticker and when I called to see about getting an email regarding when I need my next oil change they said that I can come back to the dealership to get a sticker because the tech forgot to put it on there. I also had low tire pressure whenever I picked my car up and they gave me slack and a hard time about asking to make sure my tires were at the right pressure before I leftThere has been numerous times were the customer service has been absolutely terrible not only will I never be back but I will also never be buying a Chevy again. They missed out on a sale because I am in the market for a new vehicle and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I just spent 3 weeks trying to give them my business for service and they literally would not help me. Service dept desk - no words for the HORRIBLE customer service. I know times are tough but seriously how is this place still in business!!??? If you call plan to be on hold for at least 10 minutes at a minimum. Then once someone is forced to pick up the phone it’s usually someone new that has no idea how to help you. I wouldn’t work with this car dealership ever and will make it a point to tell anyone I come in contact with to avoid them at all costs!! Victory Layne you are a shameful company! I hope your owners figure out just how horrible their staff are! Yuck! More
