While driving home from work Sunday morning (09/06/2020) my engine light comes on. I stopped by a local AutoZone and asked if they were able to do a diagnostic reading on my VW GTI . Due to covid 19 the em my engine light comes on. I stopped by a local AutoZone and asked if they were able to do a diagnostic reading on my VW GTI . Due to covid 19 the employee informed me they could not enter anyone's vehicle. But he informed me that I could use the reader and bring it back so that he could print out the results. The AutoZone employee printed out the sheet and explained to me that code P2015 indicated something was wrong with the intake manifold/sensor. I took a picture of the print out and sent it along with a text message to my VW Service Advisor (Ryan Parker). Now keep in mind this was on a Sunday. His day off. Ryan text me back informing me that he had seen that code before. He asked if I could bring it by the dealership first thing Tuesday morning due to Monday being Labor Day and their service department close. I dropped my vehicle off Tuesday morning and within a short time Ryan called informing me that it was the intake manifold and it was covered under Volkswagen warranty. Later on that evening Ryan called me back informing me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I asked if it was alright to pick it up the next day and Ryan informed me that I could. Upon receiving my vehicle it had been washed. Which it really needed it (lol). Hats off to Ryan Parker for being such an outstanding VW Advisor and reaching out to me on his day off. Nothing but praise to the Outstanding Service Advisors at Village Volkswagen of Chattanooga Tennessee. Ryan Parker, Charolene Smith, Jacob Widener and Steve Gaverick. 2012 VW GTI SERVICE On 06/22/2020 I was unable to drive my 2012 VW GTI due to check engine light/EPC. My vehicle was towed to the dealership and the service tech at Village VW got to work right away to determine the issue. My service advisor Ryan Parker informed me that I had foul spark plugs even though the plugs were replaced about 14 months ago during the 75,000 miles service. A few hours later Ryan called me back informing me that the service was complete and test drive went well. I would like the thank the crew at Village VW for their outstanding customer service. Our 2012 Diesel was having Add Blue warning and check engine light on while we were traveling through. Even though they had their employee Christmas party they got us in, found they needed a part, took u engine light on while we were traveling through. This is the fastest service we have ever received at a VW dealer. Juan in the service department is great as were the transportation chauffeurs that got us to a hotel and back to our clean car. More

Great Experience at Village VW I have taken our 2012 Passat to Village VW for all our service requirements since we purchased the car and rate Village VW as consistently the best de I have taken our 2012 Passat to Village VW for all our service requirements since we purchased the car and rate Village VW as consistently the best dealership experience I have had for any car I have ever owned - and I have owned more than a few (of all makes). However, my last visit to Village of Sep 7, 2019, is my real reason for this review. I had a check engine light come on the previous evening so early Saturday morning I visited Village VW to see what might be the cause of the fault. I was greeted by Jacob who got my car into the shop quickly where the tech (Juan) took a look and promptly gave me a thorough overview of the the 2 faults indicated and their mechanical impact, what it would take in parts and labor to repair them and how much it would cost. Both Jacob and Juan exceeded my expectations with regard to professionalism, friendliness, and quick turn around on service. They fixed one fault immediately and ordered parts for the other. Bottom line - they said what they were going to do and did what they said. Great job! More
Great service Brought our 2015 Passat in for service and we are very pleased with the service that we received. Work that was needed was done while we waited. We were kept informed of the progress but our service writer Ryan who was great to work with. Also the service manager Brandon check to make sure that we were happy with our service experience which I thought was very nice of him. Ryan also said that a lady in parts named Heather was able to find a part that was needed to complete our service. Thanks again for a great service experience More

He listened to me about my experience ,apologized for the staff and had me talk with Charolene to make things right. Let me just say this woman is Amazing and may be the very best asset Village Volkswagen has ! She arranged for my car to be picked up at my job,brought me a loaner, fixed all recalls , and had it detailed. She also stayed in communication with me about everything they was doing to my car.After everything was finished my car was delivered with a full tank of gas.These staff members were Amazing and treated me with nothing but respect as if I had made a $40,000 purchase from their company and they appreciated me ! When I got it back it turns out my oil pump was dying and although I was upset, these things just happen. Charolene was not only informative but extremely nice and helpful for the entirety of my visits. Village has taken good care of me and my family and I hope they continue years ahead to be as upstanding and successful as they are now. More
